5 October. “Jesus Christ, Son of God,” Pastor Wells, preaching from Hebrews 1 and 2, and Mark 10. The choir will sing “O Praise Ye The Lord” by G.F. Handel from Chandos Anthem, with an additional alto solo, also from the Chandos Anthem.
12 October. “Where I Might Find God,” Pastor Wells, preaching from Job 23.
19 October. “Their Great Ones Are Tyrants Over Them,” Pastor Wells, preaching from Mark 10. The choir will sing “Winter Harvest” by Aaron Copland.
26 October. Reformation Day, preacher to be announced. The choir will sing, “There From That Silent Garden,” written by our music director Michael O’Brien.
Pastor Wells will be preaching the October 26 sermon.
The November 2 service marks All Souls Day and includes communion and a child dedication service. Added October 19: Also, two friends of the church will be admitted to membership
