Please make plans to attend UNMC's Annual Meeting, which will be held on Sunday, May 16, 2004 in the Romaine-van Schaick Room after our worship service that day.
Although only UNMC Members and Associate Members may vote at the meeting, all UNMC members and friends are welcome to attend. A light lunch will be served. The agenda will include the following items:
Election of Church Officers
Pursuant to Art. III, Section 6 of UNMC's Bylaws, the congregation will elect church officers and trustees.
UUA General Assembly Delegate
Also pursuant to Art. III, Section 6 of UNMC's Bylaws, the congregation will elect UNMC's delegates to Georgia to the UUA General Assembly in Long Beach, California, in June.
Registrar's Report
UNMC Registrar Sue Mosher will make her Annual Report.
Other Church Committee and Coordinator Reports
UNMC's Committee Chairs and Coordinators will make their reports. Of particular interest, Donna Simonton will offer a report on the Organ Project and Vicki Pepper, whom the Board appointed Chair of the ministerial Interim Search Committee (ISC), will report to the congregation on the status of the ISC's work.
Consideration of Budget for 2004-2005
The Board of Trustees will submit a proposed budget for the 2004-2005 Church fiscal year for the congregation's approval. The Church fiscal year begins on May 1, 2004 and ends on April 30, 2005.
